2.3 Your data will be processed on our behalf by Capgroup Int Limited, a company registered in The United Kingdom with its registered office at Sierra Quebec Bravo, 77 Marsh Wall, E14 9SH. Capgroup Int Limited hosts our Website and will be the data processor for the purposes of the Act and the Regulation.
2.4 Your data will be held by Capgroup Int Limited on their secure servers located in the Republic of Ireland, but will be processed by staff who work in the UK.
2.5 We operate on the terms of a written agreement with Capgroup Int Limited relating to your personal data.
